Overall Angmering Youth Series
Somewhat belatedly, I am able to report the final table for the Angmering Youth Series run by Southdown Velo.
Firstly, a big thank you to Christine and Eugene Bardwell who ran the series on our behalf from April to September.
Having run the series a couple of times in their absence I know how mentally taxing it is!

The full results are available on the Surrey League site. Overall winner was Matthew Castle from AD Cycles RT. Our placings were:
4th Declan Inglis
17th Adam Cooke
=23rd Erin Baker
=25th Jospeh Marchant and James Gleeson
=29th Conrad Dinwiddy
32nd Alderney Baker
33rd George Phillips
36th George Spreckley
50 riders scored points over the series.
Declan was also 6th overall in the Dunsfold series despite only riding a limited number of events.

Congratulations to all of our riders. I hope we will see them back again next year.
To celebrate their success I am going to organise a meal in Chichester (possibly Zizzi - my son says the pizzas are better and cheaper than Pizza Express) for the youths and mums. Please let me know if you would like to attend - Saturday, 21 November early evening looks good at the moment.
